After years of working in different countries, we have decided to take a step further move with our family to Sibenik and provide you with a unique and professional property management service. Our services include everything you might need as a property owner abroad. Our goal is to make sure your property is safe and its value maintained when you are not using it, and to provide you with a pleasant and undisturbed vacation when you are using it. We find great importance in a personal approach to each client and his valuable real estate. We are knowledgeable, experienced, accurate and professional. In addition, we are fluent in English and German and also speak Italien. It is up to you to relax and enjoy your property, and leave everything else to us.
Maja Grošinić, organizer/planner
Maja is from Zagreb, grow up in Vienna, where she also finished her studies and started her career. She gained experience and acquaintances in all fields of administrative… through many years of working as a consultant for evry thing in a well-known international company and afterwards as a organizer in family business. In addition to Croatian, she is fluent in English and German and also speaks litle bit of Italian. She will be making sure you get the right service after contacting us and will be taking care of the administrative services you might need.
Tomo Mihić, passionate craftsman
Tomo is from Zagreb, staied in Australia and Austria, and sine 2011 who never sits still in Sibenik. He is always looking for another thing to do or learn. He is a trained electrician for household appliances, but also trained as a tiler. Who gained skills and knowledge through years of experience as an employee in various maintenance companies and more important, through numerous own projects of home construction and renovations. If there is a thing in home maintenance he can’t do, he knows the right person to do it and will make sure it will be done properly. During the years of self-employment, he increasingly noticed that my customers repeatedly asked him whether he had a craftsman on hand who could carry out a wide variety of services such as wallpapering, painting, laying floors, etc.
