Choose INDIVIDUAL SERVICES that can be booked in addition to the PROPERTY PACKAGES or SEPARATELY:

We are happy to look after your home in a serious and professional manner if you have to leave your property for a longer period of time. It is also possible that a house or apartment is empty for a longer period of time, and we will also lend a hand and look after your property.

You can expect a guide price of 80 euros (basic) per month for Sibenik (coast) and 20km surroundings including travel. For properties on islands, 25.86 euros is charged and from 20km, a kilometer rate of -.50 cents/km is charged.

We are happy to meet you on site and discuss your individual effort and wishes. You will then receive an offer from us for the service package you have ordered.
From emptying the mailbox, airing the house, checking that everything is OK, organizing tradesmen, checking renovations – we can organize everything that needs to be done in and around the house for you.

A small welcome greeting specially put together for you awaits you when you return home.

BASIC package

For those who want to avoid administrative hassles regarding their home and have additional security while not using their property.

BASIC PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES on a monthly basis:

• home keys storage,
• collection and forwarding paying bills,
• keeping a written record of expenses,
• additional administrative services of your choice up to 15 minutes.

STANDARD package

For everyone who wants to be sure that their property is home while they are not using it, and that it will welcome them every time in its full glory.

THE STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES on a monthly basis:

• home keys storage,
• collection and forwarding paying bills,
• keeping a written record of expenses,
• detailed tour of the property with a written report and photos/videos according to a personalized checklist,
• additional administrative services of your choice up to 15 minutes.

PREMIUM COMFORT package

For everyone who wants to completely secure their home abroad, and enjoy it carefree during their precious annual vacation.

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES on a monthly basis:

• home keys storage,
• collection, forwarding and payment of invoices,
• keeping a written record of expenses,
• monthly control of water and electricity meters,
• a detailed tour of the property with a written report with photos/videos according to a personalized check list,
• airing the property and watering indoor plants,
• urgent tour of the property after the storm,
• checking and preparing the property before your arrival,
• arranging and regular control of all property maintenance services (cleaning, garden maintenance, outdoor plants and grass mowing, pool cleaning and maintenance, annual air conditioning service, etc.)
• additional administrative services up to 1 hour per month at your choice.

EXTRA SERVICES

For those whose needs do not include the services from the above-mentioned packages or who need them only occasionally, we also offer additional services.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE FOLLOWING:

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES for clients without a package: which cover a very wide range of different tasks (e.g. preparation of documentation for renting your real estate or looking for offers for renovation of real estate) and are charged per hour.

CONSULTING AND ACCOMPANYING SERVICES when purchasing a real estate or a vehicle (e.g. car or boat) that include market analysis, verification of ownership title and other documentation, photo-documented tour and field inspection of object, submission of applications for registration as a new owner by all institutions and all other necessary tasks for successful purchase closure.

ORGANIZATION AND SUPERVISION of repair works or full property renovation.

Please note:
Even we cannot completely prevent damage caused by storms, burglaries or leaking washing machines. But we can deter intruders and, above all, ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises when you return home.
